Happy Flowers Studio is based in Hong Kong and all prices shown are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

1. Flower Orders

1.1 Delivery Dates 

Please allow 48 hours for processing orders. For urgent orders or if you need to request a delivery date not listed on our website, please feel free to contact us at +852 6537 3867. We will make every effort to deliver flowers on the date and within the delivery time selected via the website, but this cannot be guaranteed, and delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

1.2 Delivery Fees

Delivery charge for flowers and plants vary depending on area:

• Clearwater Bay - FREE

• Sai Kung - $100

• Hong Kong Island - $150

• Kowloon - $150

For delivery to other areas, please contact us to see what arrangements can be made.

1.3 Order Changes

To alter an order, please contact us at +852 6537 3867. We will try our best to accommodate last minute changes but cannot guarantee. 

 

1.4 Cancellations 

It is possible to cancel your order as long as two calendar days' notice prior to the delivery date is given and a full refund will be issued. 

 

1.5 Missed Delivery

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address on the date of delivery. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, we will leave the items with a front desk, neighbour or in a safe place. If this is not possible, the item will be brought back to our studio, and we will contact you to rearrange the delivery. We reserve the right to charge for redelivery, and any damage or aging caused due to a delayed delivery date is at the customer’s own risk.

 

1.6 Flower Quality

Although our flowers are packed with the utmost care and delivered with a water source, it is possible that flowers may be damaged in transit. If the flowers are damaged, please contact us with photos within 24 hours of receipt at hello@happyflowersstudio.com. If the flowers do not meet our own high standards, we will either replace the flowers on our next available delivery date or offer a refund.

 

1.7 Flower Availability 

All flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. We will do our best to match any particular choice of flower but reserve the right to choose alternatives at our sole discretion which in our view best meet the agreed style and value.

2. Event Services

2.1 Deposit 

To secure your event date a 25% non-refundable deposit is required, unless another amount is agreed in writing. The deposit is due upon acceptance of the proposal and has to be paid within 10 days of receiving the invoice. No work will commence until the deposit is received. 

 

2.2 Postponements & Cancellations 

We require five calendar days' notice when cancelling an event. Should you cancel less than five days before the event, we charge 50% of the total quote or invoice to cover the cost of flowers ordered and lost business. We do our best to remain as flexible as possible should you want to move the date with more than five days' notice, but there may be some diary constraints against other commitments.

 

2.3 Flower Availability

All flowers are seasonal and subject to availability and it may be necessary to replace them with an alternative deemed suitable. We will do our best to match your particular choice of flower and, where possible, agree to any changes in advance with the client. 

 

2.4 Flower Quality & Freshness

The quality and appearance of the flowers will be subject to exposure to the weather and temperature on the day of the event. We cannot accept responsibility for any wilting or damage resulting from environmental conditions occurring after set-up or being moved after set-up in the agreed location.

 

2.5 Hardware 

All hardware including vases, containers, and ancillaries remain the property of Happy Flowers Studio and must be returned to the studio address within five days of the event, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon beforehand. Any lost or damaged items will be charged at the replacement cost.

 

2.6 Photography 

The Client grants permission for Happy Flowers Studio to use our own imagery of the flowers from the event for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels. We may request event imagery from the Client, we will credit both the photographer and client in any images used.
